Please be punctual for your appointment as late arrivals will have to reschedule. To comply with space restrictions, only test takers can enter the premises.

Health Card Las Vegas Appointment – Health Card Renewal Online Las Vegas: If you have never obtained a Food Handler Card or Health Card in Clark County, NV, you are considered a first-time applicant. To take the food safety test, you must schedule an appointment at one of our locations. Unfortunately, we do not offer online testing for first-time applicants. The test comprises 20 multiple-choice questions and requires a passing score of 70% or higher. Once you pass the test, the fees will be deposited, and you will receive your Food Handler Card, valid for three years.
